Selling Your Current Home

We work closely with trusted local Real Estate Agents, who will:

  • List and sell your home

  • Ensure you get the best price possible

  • Handle the process with professionalism and care

Meanwhile, Your Bestie's team will:

  • Deep clean the home to get it sale-ready

  • Handle yard maintenance and rubbish removal

  • Work with other contractors to present your home at its best

Finding & Moving You into Your New Home

Once your home sells, we’ll assist you in finding the perfect new place with the help of our real estate team.

When it’s time to move:

  • We’ll help you pack up your belongings

  • Coordinate with removalists

  • Unpack and set up your new home if you need a hand

What Does It Cost?

Real Estate Sale:
The agent is paid a standard commission of 2–2.5% of the final sale price.

​

Your Bestie's Services:
Our services (cleaning, packing, moving, etc.) are charged at a flat $70/hour per contractor.

​

Home Purchase:
Commission is paid by the seller of your new home, not you. Your Bestie's assistance for moving and settling in remains at our hourly rate.
